My Fitbit won't do the update, any suggestions?

Is the update failing or just not available? If it's failing then there is a troubleshooting guide here:

 

https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2047/

 

If it's just not available then you just need to wait as the upgrades get rolled out to users over a couple of weeks.
