Blaze won't update

Hi, I have a Fitbit blaze which has worked perfectly for the last two months but has not updated on the dashboard for nearly 2 weeks. The Fitbit is counting steps but the dashboard shows 0 steps. The battery is also dying within hours of a full charge. It is showing the update message but on trying to update it every time it runs for a few minutes and then fails. It won't turn off to reset it and can't be found on Bluetooth anymore . I've logged out and in the app and have also un-installed it.

I'm having the same problem as well. It hasn't synced for a couple weeks, and now I can't get the update to work. Hoping someone has a solution.

I have been emailing Fitbit too but so far no solution. 😢 Massively frustrating.
