Hi there
I got my fitbit blaze as a present but I cannot get it to work.
It's charged. I've created my account on my Samsung phone and logged in. It's synced together but the screen doesn't go pass the fitbit/setup stage. I've turned it off, restarted it and removed it from my phone and set up again.
I've confirmed my email address as as well. The only thing my phone won't do is update the software.
I'm at a loss with it and half tempted to send it back as it's been 3 days now and I just cannot get it to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated x
