Blaze won't wake up

I have had my blaze for two days and it will go into sleep mode at random and won't wake up. It's fully charged and only turned On while in charger. When it happens it will be off for several hours. I already factory reset according to instructions and same issue.

By sleep mode, are you saying that during this time, the tracker is unable to notice that your walking and doesnt count any steps?

Also mentioning that the Blaze only works in its charger, seems to point towards a defective unit. My suggestion would be to contact fitbit, and have then take a look at the tracker from there end.

I say this because the Blaze is not suppose to have a sleep mode of this type.
