My Fitbit Blaze will not charge. After being on the charger battery still shows red and depleted but the clock still shows time

Mine did the same and I cleaned the contacts. It worked for 2 days and now the **ahem** is doing the same thing all over again. Cleaning the contacts didn't work this time.
