I had the same problem with my blaze as soon as the warranty is expired.

The assistance offered me a 25% discount on the purchase of a new smartwatch.
Unfortunately, in spite of myself, I will not buy a fitbit product because I no longer consider fitbit a reliable product.
I hope this my experience can be useful.

It's great to welcome you @bubbly2018@WendyB and @LorenaA thanks for stopping by.

I am sorry to hear that your Blaze isn't holding a charge and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having issues with your tracker holding a charge?

Hope to hear from you soon. Man Happy
