I opened my new blaze yesterday and tried to update but it took one day to charge and a few hours to update. I finally get to set it up and the back button and the right side buttons don't work. Basically I'm stuck in whatever option Im in like if im in stop watch I can't go back. I can't reset since the buttons don't work and If I shut it down It wont turn on again unless I put it in the charging doc. Any ideas how to fix this?

I am only saying this as I did it when I got mine.
You need to make sure when you insert it into the frame that the buttons on the blaze match the frame buttons.
If thats not the case then I would contact support

I assume the buttons don't work when you press them outside of the frame eithe?
