Blue thermometer symbol

Hey I have the thermometer symbol on my blaze. 
3rd time this has happened today. Being blue I assumed it ment it was too cold. I can not restart the device. I do t even get the Fitbit logo just locks the screen and that it. I can’t swipe so unable to shut it down. 
Im devastated I spent a lot of money on this for it to fail. 
is it fixable or a replacement needed??
