Bluetooth doesn't work

My Blaze do not want to sync  with Windows 10 and my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo. Jareiniciei and it did not work. The bluetooth is falling all the time. What can it be?

 

And please, when we will have the translation into Brazilian Portoguese?

I have moved your post from the Spanish board to the Blaze board. Woman Wink If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following our Syncing Troubleshoot directly from your Android Fitbit app. About the language I didn't find any request about it. So, I recommend sharing this idea on our Ideas Board.
