Hello! I cannot update my blaze because this error appears...I have updated the app to the 2.40 version, but it's still impossible to solve the problem. Can you help me, please?

A warm welcome to the Community @laiapons, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

If you are seeing this error, please take a look at this post, where you will be able to find information to fix this issue. Also, if you can provide me with a screenshot would be great.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Thanks for the update and the screenshot @laiapons.

Have you tried to restart your phone? If you haven't, I recommend trying this procedure. Then uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.

Please, keep me posted. Woman Wink

I have been unsuccessful to get my Fitbit blaze to update with my iPhone 6s.  I keep getting the same domain error 18. I've done everything that has been mentioned---newest version of the app, uninstall and reinstall the app, restarted my iPhone, restarted my tracker, turning blue tooth off and on, I'm on a good wifi network, tried setting up as a new blaze, my tracker is full charged...is there anyway I can fix this? Anyone else having issues after trying all the mentioned steps? When I try and set up a new blaze it won't connect to the iPhone. It says "are you having trouble? Isn't your Fitbit charged? Are you on a wifi network? Are you connected to Bluetooth?" And the answer is yes to all three. One time I was able to get to the screen where you validate with the number that pops up on your blaze, but then it locked up the screen.
