Bluetooth not syncing with strava

 Hi there can anyone help me . My blaze will not syncing with Strava or running hero's.

These steps DIDN'T work for me when removing and approving the authorization from my mobile, but it DID work when I tried removing authorization and approving it again from the LAPTOP COMPUTER.

Good luck to those trying to fix this frustrating fault. I finally did it after 2-3 months of frustratingly not having it sync with strava. Just hope it stays working now.

Hi I’ve tried this and it still doesn’t seem to be working. When I log into my dashboard and my strata app on my phone, both say they are connected. But on my actual versa, whenever I click on the strata icon I get the prompt to “link account. For to strata settings....”

can an you provide more guidance to fix this? It is really hard to get clear instructions from these community pages

Same issue. It was working and now it won't let me reauthorize from mobile app. I go to both Fitbit and Strava websites and everything says connected.

My versa has synced once in over 200 runs! Hadn't realised just what I could gain (map of route etc) on my Fitbit, so now I have seen it I would like it to continue please!
