Bluetooth not working?

On Windows 10 I went on action center and clicked on connect and it didn't show up anything not even my fitbit blaze I even restarted my pc to make sure it wasn't the computer itself.

Well @LL_fitbitblaze since i havent touched a Windiws machine in about eight years, I'm not qualified to answer this.

Doing a search it looks like the action center is for notifications. 

 

That said i am assuming that the action center is where your trying to manually pair the tracker to the computer. This will not work at all.

 

The app is what does the pairing of thr tracker.

 

My question though is what is the main problem, IE: what is not happening
