Bluetooth turning off

My deepest apologies if this has been asked and answered before.  I've tried to look through the forums and didn't find much related.  I've had my Blaze since Christmas this past year.  I bought it brand new.  Within the past week, I've noticed that I'm not receiving my notifications from received texts.  The notifications for calls are hit and miss and have been for several months.  I've kind of gotten used to that one.  When I go through the settings on my fitbit, it shows the Bluetooth is off.  When I switched the setting to pair, nothing happens.  The settings are correct through my app and both are up to date.  I'm at a loss on what to do.  I've reset my Blaze I don't know how many times.  Any suggestions?  I'm ready to call into Customer Support and get it replaced.  Thanks in advance!

It's great to have you here @B_Jackson. The Bluetooth setting you're seeing on your tracker is used to music control, this is why you get pair, on and off mode.

I would like you to make sure you've followed these steps to set notifications on your Blaze. If you did but you're still not getting call notifications, please perform this procedure My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone

Don't hesitate to come back if you have any other question! Hope this helps.

Thank you for your suggestions. I held the upper button and found the
notifications were indeed off. I turned them back on and was hopeful that
the issue would he fixed but it's not. I've tried everything listed in the
message you had posted and it's left me notification-less still. Any other
suggestions?
