How do you keep it on when you lift high weights that require you to wear hand and wrist wraps?

You will be disappointed with wrist based devices for lifting weights. Get a chest strap HR monitor for that.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @ChristineMH,  @vinotauro@bstngirl and @SunsetRunner It's nice to see you around! Smiley Wink @ChristineMH I would like to share the best practices for the accuracy of your heart rate readings during workouts. Please note that the Blaze will take heart rate into account when calculating calories burned, so even if an activity doesn't count steps, you still get calorie count information, but if your tracker is not confortable to wear during your activity you can manually log it.

Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
