Hi everyone! I bought a Blaze today and immediately went home to get it started. I got it connected to my account and set up on the app. The update went through without a hitch. My issue is that it has been charging for around 11 hours now and it's only at half charge. I tried taking it out of the charger earlier when it was charged a little just to experience it a little easier, but the screen went black. I put it back on the charger and left it alone for a while but the charger got unplugged by accident. The screen again went black. Both times, I couldn't get the screen to come back on. Also, when it plugged back in, the battery showed that it was in the red for battery life. Can someone please explain what I'm doing wrong?

Probably not doing a lot wrong, what device are you charging through? Computer, laptop, or phone charger?
Computer and laptop may stop charging or drastically lower the availible current when they go to sleep.

I have had it charging on a phone charger all day because it kept connecting and disconnecting on my laptop.

Your Blaze is able to sync to a computer through its charging cable.
Im not sure what is ment by connecting disconnecting, where you hearing a signal on the computer?
If so it sounds like a bad connection spmeplace.
Have you tried your cell phone charger yet many fine the computer just cannot charge it very fast
