Hi all. Wore my ne Blaze playing racquetball today. It recorded the whole hour, including heartrate. But only counted calories for 35 minutes of the hour, which seems to correspond with amount of time at peak HR. Can anyone point me to where to chafe a setting g, or is it something else?? Thanks !

Hey there @Intobaitem. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

I'd like to know if you recorded the activity from your  Blazedirectly or if you just used your Blaze and later on logged the activity on your dashboard. This could be affecting the way it looks on your activity summary.

Also, if you could take a screenshot of the activity to see how it looks, this will help a lot.

I'll be looking forward for your reply!

Also, I did wear the Blaze and record it directly. Didn't seem to ever drop my HR or signal. I recorded it Workout mode. Shows the whole duration.

It's great to have you here @SueWombat! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've tried. In this case, I would like you to confirm that you've followed this syncing procedure in this order. Also, please double check that you're trying to sync your Blaze from the Fitbit app and not from Bluetooth settings.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.
