Brand new Blaze not charging

Straight out of the box. First charge won't work. I've tried resetting by holding the left and bottom right buttons down. I know the USB port is working as I've been charging my phone from it. Any idea please people? I'm wondering if the charger is faulty.

If your tracker is not charging, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

The Blaze was actually charging, it just didn't show the battery icon at any point. Thanks for your interest anyway.

I am glad to hear that your Blaze is charging @OrientalCatLady. Now about the battery icon, it will show up at the moment of closing the cradle or you will be able to see it too when you tap your tracker's display right in the upper left corner.
