Button broke

Fitbit blaze button broke off within 24 hours of purchase. While waiting for a new frame from customer support, another button has already fallen off! I hope they are coming up with a plan to send out a decently manufactured frame. At this rate I will need a new frame once a month!

Welcome to the Community @laurakknees. Is the first time I hear that a Blaze button falls off. Woman Sad But don't worry, I recommend contacting our Support Team, for a faster solution you can contact them via phone or chat.
