This morning I woke up and notice my Fitbit was dead. That was weird since I had just charged it the day before. I got up and put it to charge and notice the Fitbit kept restarting it over and over. I unplugged it and noticed that It was charging pretty fast on my laptop. I tried resetting it and shutting it down and notice the buttons stopped working. I can swipe to different options but get stuck and can't go back home.
I called support since many of the different things I tried online weren't working. Anyone have this issue as well?

I seem to be having the same issue. I came home tonight, plugged my charger into my laptop and charged my Blaze. I didn't wait for full charge but took it out and fixed it back into my watch band. I went to check my heart rate and noticed that I cannot press the single button on the left to return home at all. If I put it back on the charger - it brings it to the clock/home screen. Like the OP, I can navigate/swipe right or left - but if I enter anything I an stuck on that screen until I put it back in the charger. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Similar here. Updated to 8.40.2.1 and battery life is significantly shorter and home button no longer works. If I shutdown my Blaze, one press of the home button wakes it up, once I swipe or view a notification, pressing home button does nothing. This tells me it is a firmware problem. I hope there is an update soon.

Update- Called into support, ignoring the fact the home button wakes up the device after a shutdown every time, they only offered a 25% discount for a new purchase since I am out of warranty timeframe. I tried not to argue the point too much that just because firmware is up to date, does not mean a new bug was NOT introduced. This Blaze device has been great and I take very good care of it. If the next firmware update does not do the trick, Time to shop around....

My Blaze just started acting the same way. My watch suddenly died on July 5. I saw how to do a reset (which worked) and then I put it back into the charger. When it was fully charged, the left side button no longer works.
I just put in a request to Customer Service for help.

Just to follow up - I contacted Support via Chat. My Blaze was still covered by warranty, so a new one is being shipped.
