Buttons not working

Both my back (left) and bottom right buttons dont work as of today and ive looked up so many things and none help. I cant restart it because neither of those buttons work. I also shut my tracker down and turned off and on bluetooth and nothing. Help?

I’ve got the same issue. Back button not working as of this morning when I took out of charger !!

Also sync is failing, still trying to work on that one.
