I have had this Fitbit for less than a year and this thing is a piece of junk. No wonder you stop selling it. The start button doesn't work and it will not sync to my iPhone 8.

I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze is not working correctly. I'd like to help you out with this.
First, I'd like to make sure which button is the one that is not working. Is it the single button on the left side or one of the two on the right side? Have you tried to restart it? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
If your buttons don't work, you can try to turn off the tracker manually by swiping to the last screen. Here, scroll down to the bottom, tap on the option to turn off the Blaze and then, press the single button to bring it back on. If that doesn't work, put it in the charger and wait for it to turn on and see if there's any improvement.
