Just purchased the blaze since i lost the charge 😞 .

The problem I'm facing is that when i recieve a call the band vibrates but the display with the caller details does not light up unless i press the button on the left.

Is there any way that when i recieve a call the name shows up on the blaze screen without pressing or tapping the screen or is it made that way?

Yes and no. The screen will not automatically light up. However, if you have Quick View enabled, when you bring your wrist up to view the Blaze, it should activate the screen.

Welcome to the Community @Sachinlobo. I agree with @nlmux, you can activate the quick view by doing the following directly from your Blaze:

 

1. Slide to Settings

2. Tap Quick View

3. Stop tapping in Auto

4. Sync
