Caller ID not working on Blaze - Andriod

So when a call comes through it comes up with "unknown caller".  This is on the Blaze and I have a Samsung S6.  The contact is saved on my phone.  Any ideas on what I need to do to get the name to show up with who's calling please.

Text messages show with name and full text message.

It's great to welcome you @Kylie224. If at the moment of receiving a call you are not able to see the name of the person, I recommend restarting your Blaze and setup one more time this feature by following the steps provided in the How do I setup the calls/texts notifications? (Android app) post.

I have restarted my fitbit and the calls still come up as unknown even though the phone number is in my contacts. What can I do next ?
