Caller ID not working

How can I get my Blaze to show me who's calling when the caller is in my contact list?  It says Unknown Caller for everyone,  even my wife.

It's great to see you around @Pollard1948. Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

That didn't work. I should mention text messages show on the Fitbit with
the name of the person sending the text but not on phone calls.

Please try restarting it two more times and then shut down the fitbit.  

To shut down the fitbit blaze:

  1. Swipe right to left on the home screen to the Settings screen.
  2. Tap Settings and scroll down to Shutdown.
  3. Tap Shutdown and confirm.
  4. To turn your Blaze back on, press any button.
  5. Sync your tracker as soon as you turn it back on. If you don't, the time may be incorrect.

Please let us know if that worked.

I followed the process you outlined however caller ID still isn't working.
