Calorie Counter - Help!

I just bought a Blaze and the calorie counter is not working.  I do crossfit and am pretty active.  The calorie counter said that during my exercise i burned 54 calories....i know that is wrong!  Looks like my profile is okay.  At least my weight and height are okay.  What am i missing?!?!

Hey there @Sandy16c. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

 

I'd like to know if you're tracking your activity from your Blaze or if you're logging it manually on the app. Also, if it's from the Blaze and you're getting this amount of calories, since you've already checked that your height and weight are correct, please try to restart your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds and this will reboot the tracker and after that you can see how it goes.
