I have not worn by Fitbit for two nights (sleeps) now and when I have looked at the app in the morning it's showing I have burned over 2000 cal when it should normally be around 400 as this is based on age, height etc. Any advice?

It's great to welcome you @Kingfit1. As you mentioned, your calories are estimated based on your age, gender, height and weight. If this number is not being accurate, I recommend checking this information by doing the following from a computer:
