Calorie tracker overestimating?

Does anyone feel that their caloric burn is being overestimated at all? I walked my dog this morning for 20 minutes and just under a mile (~0.95 miles), and my Blaze is telling me I burned 140 calories which I find very difficult to believe. Especially since my 4 mile run last night clocked in at 570 calories burned while running about 9 minute miles.

For the record: I am a male, late 20s, 200 pounds, 15% body fat.

Hey there @gloryatsea. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

Sorry to hear that your tracker is not recording your calories burned accurately.

I would say that you can follow the suggestions I gave on this post about a similar situation. In her case, it was underestimating calories but the suggestion could also work for you. Also, make sure that all your personal information is correctly entered on your profile.

Let me know how it goes!
