Hi!
Today it's my first day with Fitbit Blaze. I just finished the software update / setup process & profile info. I don't even have the watch on my wrist yet & I see this data of calories burned for the past year & for today, it's showing around 800 calories.
So, I think either this is a used watch I've received from Amazon or there is something I'm not able to understand or set up or whatever. Can someone please check the screenshot & advise accordingly?
Thanks!

Hello and welcome to the forums @Yuvi
When you first get your Fitbit, you will see burned calories. The devices begin the day at midnight, so no matter what time you set up, those burned calories will be there. This article on burned calories may help you. click to read
What you're seeing is normal and won't make any difference with your step statistics.

Congradulations @Yuvi on your purchase.
This is simply something you don't understand. Do you remember when setting up your account you where asked for your gender, height, weight and age? Fitbit uses this to figure out your Basic Metabolism Rate or known as BMR. This is an estamate of what the body burns to keep it functioning while in a state of rest. Or to put it another way, the calories needed to keep a person with your stats (weight, gender, age) alive. Fitbit will then add to this measurement any additional calories from known steps taken.
With this in mind let's look at your graph above, notice how every day shows the same calories burnt? This is because you requested Fitbit to display what it knows about these days. Well now, without a Fitbit on these days to record steps, Fitbit only knows about your BMR and therefore can only display this BMR. I guess Fitbit also assumes you where alive on these days.
For an official explanation let's go to the Help site, link also found below, then type in "calories" we will find this article.
Edit;: I see @Odyssey13 beat me to the answer.

Your welcome @Yuvi, I know my explanation is a little on the silly side, but I thought this would be a fun way to explain what are seeing.
