Calories burned incorrect

I've had my Blaze since the day it was released and do multiple different workouts. I feel the heart rate is mostly accurate however I don't feel the number of calories burned is correct. It's actually way lower than it should be. I went out for a 35 minute run with a 7:35 min/mile and an average heart rate and my fitbit said I only burned 220 calories. Checking on multiple sites, my mile pace, total time, heart rate, age, and weight, all of them calculate me to burn around 390 calories. I'm very disappointed that the Blaze is not as accurate as I would like or as it should be.

It's worth double checking your fitbit profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit

Some of these directly affect the calculation of calorie burn so if they are accidentally incorrect that could explain what you are seeing.

Will I'm happy with the calories calc. Did a 4x750m sprint session this morning and my Blaze was 2 calories lower than my Concept 2 . Can't quibble with that. 🙂

I agreed with you with regard the inaccuracy of the calories burned measurement.
