Problem with set up

I need help with my Fitbit Blaze it won't let me plug in my dongle because I already have it in but it won't let me try out. Please I need help thank you. 😞

I'm at a loss,  is the Blaze a second Fitbit tracker for you?

If so your computer should have already been setup. 

I'm not sure what your asking but by pulling the dongle out, waot 10 seconds,  then insert it.  This would restart the BT software.

A warm welcome to the Community @Kendra1. Would you like to try the setup procedure with a phone? I you agree with this, keep in mind that you can set it up from an iOS or Android Fitbit app. Just verify that the phone is Compatible.
