When i first started fitbit, even doing nothing it told me that I burned about 2000 calories a day. But now, even when I'm active, it tells me that I only burn about 800-1000 a day. I'm only on the -250 deficit plan because i dont need to lose weight, but its telling me not to eat more than 700-1000 calories a day, and I know that's not healthy. It monitors my steps and heart rate fine, it only messes up when it comes to the calories burned, why?

Check that your weight has not accidentally gotten set to something way low.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
