Where does the blaze get its 'calories burnt) information from. I've just got a fitbit blaze. Ive been comparing smart watches with my blaze to another with a chap in work using a Huawei smart watch. I've been pretty much at my work station. And it's showing I've burned 2000 calories in 6 hrs. Yet his is 600 cals in 6hr. Yesterday it said I burnt 3800 calories all day. I find this to be misleading? Is there a way to find out?

The biggest factors are weight and heart rate.  Check your weight is not entered as something way too high.  And check your heart rate graph to see if those numbers look reasonable.

Also note Fitbit includes your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calorie burn.  I don't know which other trackers do or do not include that.

See How does my Fitbit device calculate calories burned?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
