I know all about BMR that's not the problem there is clearly something wrong with this how could I burn 1300 calories in six hours of sleep.

Welcome to the Community @lachapelle1989. I would like to know if you were wearing your tracker or did you actually leave it on a desk? If you were wearing it, keep in mind that this is how this calculations works, based on your height, weight, age and gender.
If you continue seeing that your calories count is not being accurate, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it during the day.
