I've just done a workout but forgot to use the workout tracker on the blaze. Can I manually input this data into my Fitbit dashboard/area using my heart rate increase stats?

Yes @FitBG22, you can manually input the workout. However this will overide the data your Fitbit recorded and not look at the heart rate.
This makes it possible to manually add a workout incorrectly and thr daiys calorie count goes down. This just means you will have to redo it with a greater intensity.
Your Blaze has the ability to auto detect several types of workouts. So depending on what you did and how long it lasted, sftet a sync, an event might have been auto detected.
The tracker did monitor your movements and heart rate, but yes i understand this wont be added to your days workout without adding it manually. Its your call.
