Does each shipping option (free, expedited, overnight) correspond to a certain carrier?

 

I'm currently renting a place and USPS will not deliver mail to me without getting a PO box. 
However, all the other shipping carriers work (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and can deliver directly to me.

I would contact.Fitbit.com and all them.
