Can you get Facebook notifications on Blaze?

It's great to welcome you @SunsetRunner. Regarding to your questions, yes, you can receive Facebook notifications on your Blaze, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app:

1. Tap the Blaze icon
2. Slide down and tap Notifications
3. Tap App Notifications
4. Select the apps you prefer
5. Sync

Facebook isn't showing as an option 😕  How do I get more apps to show up on this screen so I can select them?

I'm also seeing this weird "com.apple.followup" option...any ideas what that is?

Look for "Messenger".  That's FB Messenger.  Doesn't say Facebook.

I don't know enough about iOS but on android tap advanced notifications then tap the app that you want notifications from. 

Messanger is for the instant IM's and if you want the standard Facebook alerts choose facebook.

If you have the facebook app on your phone, it should very well show as a notification option.
