Can I recover lost steps?

I have had a Flex for the past 2 years and just upgraded to the Blaze.  I switched to the Blaze midday and went and did a 2.5 mile workout on the elliptical, which usually takes about 5000 steps.  I synced to my phone a couple times and every time I did that, it would reset to my Flex's step count (which I was not wearing).  I deactivated my Blaze for the rest of the day and am wearing the Flex, but is there any way I can get my 5000 steps back?

I assumed so, but I didn't want to give up hope just yet.  Thanks!

All you have to do is go into your dashboard under recent exercise and at the bottom of the tile click "more"

then log an exercise based on steps--put in your 5000 steps along with the time and date and you have now recovered them! You did not lose them afterall!

There is no option to manually enter your steps, only duration, miles, and calories.

click on "miles" (you will see a down arrow) and there will be an option for steps---now...all fixed!

It does not add steps to you total steps, those are lost.  It might show themn in the workout, but it will not count towards your totals for the day or any other totals.  Otherwise people could theoretically just make up steps all day everyday.

Manually adding a walk should add steps.. This step count is based on the calculated that would have been taking for a walk of this leangth.

As for two tracker a on one accounr, every sync will try and sync up the server and both ttraxkers.. It also determines which tracker was being used at which time.
