Can you see your friends activity when they are exercising, so you can cheer them on. Otherwise, cheers are useless

You can see your friends 7 day activity on the leaderboard, your friend could also hide themselves from the leaderboard.
Depending on how your friends security is set up you may or may not be able to see there steps today, or the exercises.
Basically you will only be able to see what your friend wants you to see.
