Hi,
I have my Blaze syncing with my iPhone 6 at the moment, but want to sync it with my A3 instead. What do I need to do to get that to work? Do I need to delete the device on the iPhone? Do a factory reset of the Blaze?

It's great to see you around @GregH-UK.
Regarding your inquiry, you can sync your tracker with both devices. You just need to download the Fitbit app to the Samsung phone, turn on your Bluetooth, turn on your location, log in to your account and then the tracker will sync.
Just keep in mind that in order to successfully connect your tracker with a phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device.
Let me know how it goes. ![]()
