Welcome to the Community @JoshShaw16. As our friend @SteveH mentioned, there isn't an option to do that, but I recommend checking the Preloaded quick text reply on Blaze request, vote for it and leave your comment. It would be good to have a feature like this.

Sadly no, you cant send texts from the Fitbit Blaze. You can only receive them.

I believe it is possible to respond with preset texts.
