Can't change clock face on Blaze

I tried to change my clock face and now the Blaze to locked up. I tried resetting. Still locked up. Deleted the Blaze from my account and tried reloading it. Same results.

The restart procedure (below) is known to not always work so it's worth trying it again a few more times.

                                    I have been trying the reset procedure numerous times for 2 days now.  It acts like it is going to reset then the error message appears.  Now wondering if it will go away after the battery dies.
