New Blaze - doesn't charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have plugged my Fitbit Blaze into the USB port on my Desktop and the battery symbol doesn't appear.  It only shows "fitbit.com/setup"  on the face.  Tried plugging it into the wall with no results.  It keeps, telling me that the battery is low on charge when I am on the website trying to set up the fitbit.

Unfortunately the battery charging status only shows once the setup process has completed. I would leave it to charge for an hour or 2 then go through the setup again.

Thanks, but I have left it plugged in for several hours with same result. I am surprised that FitBit doesn't at least put some basic instructions in the box.  Thanks for trying to help.
Merry Christmas

When the tracker is first plugged in, you should feel a slight vibration to indicate that it is charging,

Try using a known good phone charger, many computers will stop charging when they go to sleep.

Thanks for replying Rich.  I've tried a wall plug with a Samsung S7 charger plug.  Retried upon your suggestion and no vibration or change.  Merry Christmas
