Can't change the timezone

I'm in a new Time Zone and can't change time?

I would like to know if you keep having issues changing your timezone? If you do, I recommend restarting your tracker and confirm you are doing the following to change this information from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. Tap the account icon
  2. Tap Advanced Settings
  3. Tap Timezone
  4. Change time
  5. Sync

 

Also, please verify that the timezone is correct in the device you are using to sync your Blaze.
