Hello @becmaguire did not the trackwr vibrate when plugging it into your phones Charger? Tgis vibration is gowyou know that it is charging.
As for setup at what step does it fail, and what wrror messagw if there was one?

If you are, don't worry about charging the tracker, your just need to follow the steps provided in this post directly from your Fitbit app. Now if the issue is with the battery, please follow the instructions provided in this post.
