Hello. I've been trying to connect my blaze to my iPhone 7 - it picks it up and sends the code but talks literally hours just connecting with the wheel keep spinning. I did some research and thinking it's the problem of having the latest iOS version so need to update the firmware. But how I am meant to do that when my Fitbit isn't connected to the app as I can't follow the instructions given to do so? Hope that makes senses and someone can help! Thanks

Hey there @Verity_spinelli. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems connecting your Blaze to the Fitbit app on your iPhone 7 😕
I'd like to know if when you say that you have the latest iOS version you mean the regular 10.3.3 version or the 11 Beta version. I've heard some users with the 11 Beta version that are not able to sync their trackers but since it has not been officially released, there's no full support on that yet.
In any situation, I can recommend restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
After that, try to set it up again as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Let me know how it goes!
