Can't find serial number

I need a serial number to get help on my Fitbit blue but I have thrown away the box and my Fitbit doesn't seem to have it. It won't turn on

I found my serial # on the box itself right below the bar code.

Hello @Ddogg123 welcome to the Fitbit Community! What issue are you experiencing with your tracker? When you mentioned your Fitbit blue, are you referring to a Blaze?  Also notice the serial number is not located on the tracker, as mentioned by @Andhanni you can see it only on the bottom of the box below the bar code, the serial number includes numbers and letters. @SunsetRunner thanks for your amazing cooperation! 🙂

Hello this is the first 'Can't Find Serial Number' post I came across . So Is it correct that on the Box it shows the normal bar code (containing just numbers) (12 in fact) that you would scan if purchasing; then below that is a longer smaller barcode containing alpha numberic characters in it. This starts with 114.... Is this the correct barcode which displays my serial number? Is there a photo I can view or someone can post of what it would look like cause there is alphanumeric characters to the right of the purchasing barcode as well (just by itself).

Yes it is the longer alpha numeric number

There are two barcodes, one looks like a regular UPC the other one does not., that strange one is the serial number.

Can you help me find my serial number on my new Blaze?  I need it to register on asurion.  I also do not have the box anymore

Yes it is the FCC  ID

You take that FCC ID # from the bottom of box & go to settings from Regulatory Info # for U.S FCC ID. They Match.
