Hi,
I have a S6 Galaxy Edge and since Friday I'm finding I cant log in to the fit bit app to sync with my Fitbit Blaze. Its keeps throwing me out saying invalid email or password. When I follow the prompts to reset password and then try again, it still throws the same message back at me. However, I have noticed if I click on the connect with facebook links I can access the desktop version of the dashboard but see no way to sync there to my phone or blaze. Even if there was a way, its not a ideal solution I would like to resort too.
Any help available?

Hi, @Kevinp1983, if you can access the desktop version you can go to your profile settings and check your email address there (to make sure you are using the correct email) and you can also update your password. Be sure to save any changes.
After that you should be able to log in to the app using your correct email and password.

I think that the recommendation of our friend @Julia_G is great, have you tried her suggestion? Can you now log in from your Fitbit app?
