I've been having trouble getting my Blaze to charge I managed to get to live chat and they sent me a new charger, I've tried charging it and still nothing, how do I find live help again and any ideas what it could be? It won't do anything in the strap but In charger it comes in like it should In strap but won't do anything?

I would like to know if you keep having inconveniences charging your Blaze? If you do, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
