I cannot get it to add the tracker. I have a Galaxy 8 and whenever my phone updates I have to delete my Blaze and readd. Usually it works right away. This time it isn't.
I've done the Bluetooth thing. I've unpaired and tried. Basically everything I've seen in forums I've tried. Nothing works. And the hours are way off so the steps aren't even close. When I try to add, it will find the tracker, but the next screen will filter and filter over and over and then say, Not Working? Try x y z.
I can do that for hours and it won't get past that screen after it finds the tracker.

Great to welcome you @SamanthaLee.
I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix this and would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your tracker? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
Let me know the outcome.
