I'm trying to pre-order the Blaze but I can't get to the checkout. After entering my billing details etc and ticking the appropriate boxes I go to Click "Next" and all that happens is it opens the next page but all that is displayed is "Please check the API Key and Password (Live)" and that is all.
No checkout, no payment options nothing but a black page with the wording displayed. Have tried on several computers and used 2 different browsers and all produce the same page.
Is there a problem with the store website? Any help would be appreciated.

@SunsetRunner Sorry about the delay.
It seems like our New Zeland cart went down for a bit. I've received confirmation that it should be working again. Thanks for bringing this to our attention- because of your report, we were able to get it worked out in a timely manner.

Odd, @bullwright. Thanks for alerting us. Where (geographically) do you live?

I had exactly the same for my address in Norfolk....the house has been here 300 years...
In the end I had to ring Fitbit in the US to pre-order an Alta for my wife. They couldn't explain the address problem. I wouldnt recommend calling unless you are on a free or cheap international phone package. Incredibly it took 30 mins to get the order processed. All I had to give was my name and address and cc number but for some reason that took half an hour...lots of holding on to music, lots of repeating and repeating the address..and then it was wrong on the billing so the cc wouldnt have cleared anyway. I know we're divided by a common language but seriously....

Crikey...they have replied to ask me to ring...I've said no.
Seems like to much work...ill wait until they are for sale in John Lewis...better customer service there.
I'm disappointed though
